I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern and comfortable, and a special shoutout to the cleaning lady Gisela for making new towel animals every day. The atmosphere was so cozy and personal, and everyone else at the hotel was incredibly friendly. The only drawback was that we encountered some judgmental people when we asked to extend our stay, which was a bit disappointing after the amazing experience overall.
